what order to place media?

I recently got a fluval fx5 and im not sure wich order to place my media in as far as which basket to put it in. The media are as follows: ceramic rings, bio balls, filter pads with carbon bags.
Top basket?
middle basket?
bottom basket?

Mine is set up with ceramic noodles ,BIO glass noodles, chem stars whatever I had from my XP3 when I converted.In all 3 baskets... I played around with sponges and/or pads in the baskets, they plugged too easliy.
This combination has worked the best so far for me...I also use Purigen if I going away for a few days as a safety net in the bottom basket.

be careful with pads. they can clog quickly and cut the flow to near zero....i no longer use the pads but find the sponges that are included do a great job.
