what pair to keep in a 125?

I'm upgrading to a 210g in a few weeks and that's going to leave me with an empty 125. I want to do a breeding pair (or even maybe two pairs with a divider) and want to know what I should get.

It all depends on availability I guess, but some of the things I am thinking about are: festae, freddies, loisseli, RTMs, Lyonsi, Hartwegi.

Any other suggestions?
