I've been dealing with some kind of internal parisite for months. I don't think its hex because I've used metro multible times and my fishes poop is still white and stringy and about half of the fish hardly eat/don't eat at all. I have also been using prazi and that didn't help. I ordered some levimesole and am doing one more hard dose of metro and prazi right now. I euthanized one of the sicker fish and opened it up to see if I could find any worms so I could get an id. I have pics attached to the thread of possible worms. My tank which is 180 gallons has mostly cichlids in it and a pleco and an upside down cat and a tinfoil Barb. For filtration I have a Rena xp4 and a sun sun 304b. The fish are mostly juviniles. The pleco has it now too and poops white stringy feces mixed with regular feces. I know levimesole treats calumanus which is red worms but I haven't found any red worms in the tank or in the fish I dicected(I did find a white one tho, I think). But if prazi and metro arnt working then levimesole is the next logical option. I also tried using a syringe to give my fish that don't eat Epsom salt/meto/prazi water and it didn't do much and I killed one of the fish accidently in the process and stressed the fish out force feeding them the solution. I don't know of any worms that are immune to prazi metro and levimesole so if the Levi dosnt work I don't know what I will do.hooefully the pics I uploaded have the worm I'm dealing with in them and I can get an idea.
