Yeah pretty sure it's giant baby tears (micranthemum umbrosum)

Require nutrient rich substrate and strong light and co2 to thrive and stay short. Otherwise they grow tall.

Dude is it carpeting and do it requires loads of plants or one plant covers whole ground

Generally bought as a pot contains hundreds of individual stems or as an in vitro micro culture tub in growth jelly.
Either way you have to separate each stem and plant them individually a centimetre apart over the area you want to cover. Then in good substrate with the right lighting, co2 and nutrients you can hope for a lovely carpet.
Good luck.
Or like many of us you get fed up of fish disturbing individual plants, or the slightest current or someone closing their front door in the next town and half of them floating to the surface again.
After re-planting the whole area what seems like a hundred times you are then rewarded with half of them dying, a quarter bolting for the surface and a tiny portion growing like you’d hoped but only to need a micro filter on the camera to photo it cos the area is that small.
As you may tell, I do envy those who can get carpeting plants to grow well.

One plant can cover whole ground but it takes a long time with lots of co2 and high light. People usually buy it and break it up into small pieces and plant it all over the ground so it covers the whole ground faster. U won't have much luck in sand substrate unless u have co2 and high lights.
