What plants could I keep?

I'm moving my 125 reef over to a fw discus tank. I was planning on keeping my 3x150wt halides because I like the shimmer effect. If I use pool filter sand as a substrate, no Co2, what plants could I keep? I'm not looking to do a fully planted tank, just a few to add some color?
Or would I be better off with less intense lights?

Unless you're planning on adding Co2 you need to go with LESS intense lighting. Those lights are VERY intense for a planted tank.

Thanks, the only reason I do have that pic is because at the moment my post level is Small Mouth Bass, as yours is a Crayfish. But I do like Bass
