yeah, I would say some floating or drifting plants. Cuase your oscar is gonna put them were ever he wants anyways.

Floating palnts: Hydrocotyle, Pistia, Salvinia, Lemna minor etc. Anubias and Vesicularia grows at wood and rock, so they will neither get dug up.
