OK, so Im looking to upgrade my current fish food inventory and want to make sure I do it right. This is what I am currently feeding:

NLS Large Fish Formula

NLS Jumbo Fish Formula (both actually the same, just different size pellet)

TetraColor Tropical Flakes (I have a feeling this is a crap flake and would
really like to upgrade)

Marineland Bio-Blend Bottom Feeder

Frozen Bloodworms

Frozen Krill

Frozen Beefheart

My stock is currently:

(4) Haitiensis @2"

(1) Tetracanthus @ 1"

(1) Carpentis (Escandido) @ 1"

(1) Polleni @ 2.5"

(1) Chocolate @ 4"

I would like to pickup some more NLS, but a different formula than what I have. Nothing wrong with what I have, its great, but Im looking for variety. Also a big fan of frozen foods, but not sure what to pickup for Cichlids.
Any and all suggestions are more than welcome.
Thanks,

Matt

I feed Xtreme Aquatic Foods. http://www.xtremeaquaticfoods.com/ Not too well known yet but the fish love it!

I also mix it up with Omega One pellets. I like their Kelp pellets for the veggie eaters, when I had veggie eaters. I feed the Super Colour pellets to my Parachromis.

For frozen I feed frozen krill, mysis, and treat them every two days with live mealworms. They LOVE mealworms and all the fish eat em. I find with krill and mysis that only a few fish will eat em and I end up netting the reject shrimps.

I do like to not feed them one day a week. Just help keep their appetite in check. I found when I was conditioning my female freddie into spawning condition she would only eat every two days.
