What rod?

I just got a Shimano Stella STL2500FD reel as a graduation present. So now the question is which rod to pair it with. I will mostly be using it for walleye fishing. Im thinking a medium light. Im leaing towards a St. Croix or G Loomis. What do you guys think?

i would go with a new fenwick elite walleye series, or a st. croix legend walleye rod

I love G. Loomis rods, but the St. Croix is nice for the price.

Fenwick or Loomis. I have both for steelheading, and love them! I'd suggest Loomis, there's just something about them that I'm crazy about, I swear by em, even got a loomis sticker on my truck
