What sex is my butti?

Thanks for the butt shot... But you cant vent check butti.. Not sure why but they say females tend to be more full in the belly region "almost bloated".. and If I had to guess I would say you have a male if you believe that why of checking sexes..
Just curious to find out, I've had it for about 4 years, along with another butti that was 13 inches, and a 5 inch red festae,this one is about 11 or so.
To make a long story short, the festea murdered my 13 inch butti, was left was severe injuries, and this one finished off the festea. I miss the festae.
All added at the same time.

My experience with buttikofferi is that the male is usually significantly larger then the female! The males that I've had were between 10"-14", while the females were only in the 6"-7" range. Also the dorsal and anal fins on females are very rounded, while males will show a sharper tip. Older males also develope a more concave forehead as they age.
