I used to feed Hikari sticks for my silver aro and all other fish in my tank but I want try something new and I bought New Life Spectrum fish food. Reason I bought it beacause it looked like it has more stuff in it. Aro & peacock bass didnt eat any of the New life spectrum and I dont have any Hikari sticks. Both didntabout 3 days, both rest of the fish did ate that food. Aro is about 40cm I am not sure in inches. Peacock Bass is about 30 cm. So Should I go back feeding Hikari or wait a week or 2 too see will It change it's mind?

Tough call. Mine will only eat Hikari carnivore sticks, it spits out other Hikari pellets and other brands. You could try to hold off for a bit, they're good sized fish and will probably eat the NLS eventually.

How big of a container did you buy? I'd use it up first and if by then they're not eating the NLS still, then go back to hikari if you're so inclined. :)

I bought the biggest one 2 kg one because small one r expersive.... And I forget aro r pickey eaters, it is my frist time keep aro. and Hikari is alots more expersive. But i read the back of NLS the ingredients seen has more stuff in it so i want give it a try. So how long I should try? 2 weeks? or less?

I'd try for a couple of weeks.

the NLS is definitely a better food, but thats only beneficial if they actually eat it. I would try to feed them NLS every few feedings and see if they will take any of it. if not, just go back to hikari

NLS provides a superior diet....I would grin and bear it and keep trying. They won't starve to death and when they're hungrey, they will eat!
