What should i add to stock 40g corner

I have 1 yoyo, 1 drawf, pitus catfish, and a bn pleco. I want grab a zebra n maybe 3 clowns. Tank has double stacked sponges for now and a f303 running and some plants. Also what a good fish for top water area?

Edit rena xp L is what i have not a f303. Im leaning towards three clowns if my stock isnt to big. 100g coming next year.

I wouldn't add clowns to that tank, I'd just wait for the 100g.

I didn't really understand the majority of your post, but if you wanted a decent top dweller; danios are a good choice, taking into account the extra bioload.
