i recently decided to restart my tank and i am still having trouble deciding what i want to get. the tank is a 72 gallon bowfront with a aqueon 55/75 HOB filter and a fluval 405 canister filter.
the fish so far that i have in mind are:
1elephant nose fish(definite)
1 pleco(definite)(thinking maybe a gold nugget pleco, green spotted pleco, marble sailfin pleco, or royal pleco, this one depends on what i can find and the price)
1peacock eel(definite)
3 or 4 glass catfish(maybe)(depends if they would be safe with other fish)
2 or 4 angelfish(definite)(depends on if 4 would be too much)(need suggestions on these like which ones have the nicest color, looking for ones that have some blue in them)
gold dojo loach(maybe)(depends if he would be safe with other fish)
3 pictus catfish(definite)(in my experience they are very peaceful)
i am also looking for a good schooling fish compatible with all of these fish(ones that have nice color and are also affordable)(p.s. i really like blue colored fish)
i understand that as all of these fish grow the tank may become overstocked and if it does i have no problem rehoming some fish.(just rehomed my pacu and pike cichlid)
any suggestions on if some of these fish may not be compatible or some schooling fish would be greatly appreciated. thank you
