I was thinking about growing caulerpa in my refugium but im not sure what substrate/lighting it needs. The refugium came with a a clear plastic lid for the light. I dont want any fires from the salt/light and was wondering what light to use with plastic that WONT catch on fire. Should the substrate go directly on the bottom of the refugium or should I get a container and put it in that?
What should I do for my sump?
