what should i do? keep my red devil or get 5 datnoids?

hello everyone. so i have a really big problem. i have a red devil which i really love. it has alot of personality and i think its by far the best fish ive ever had. but the thing is dat in my 55g has nothing else besides my red devil and a pleco. the reason of this is because my red devil kills its tank mates. but lucky for the pleco he has somewhere to hide. the other thing is i want my 55g to have more than 2 fish. i want to get 5 datnoids but im always thinking should i trade in my red devil who i really love and get 5 datnoids instead? or just keep my red devil? any opinion on this?

I assume you have a future tank for those datnoids, and if so, then go for the dats if that is what you like atm. However, the other option is to get another tank for the devil

yes i do have a future tank for the datnoids. and i dont really want to set up another tank for my red devil because my parents wont aloud anymore tanks lol. i already have 3 running. my 10g, 55g, and my other 55g. but yea if the datnoids grow im going to put them in my empty 200g in my garage.

congrats ! dats are pretty cool. I would have moved the red devil to that 200 myself
