hi fellow MFKers,my african arowana is fighting with my silver arowana, should i seperate them or is the african just hungry?b/c usually i throw in pellets and krills in so the african gets distracted and stop attacking, the african sometimes attacks the silver and silver fights back,
other arowanas are not fighting just african arowana attacking silver(reminds me of john's african attacking his jardini but mines isnt that bad)
African:10-11"
Silver:15-16"

I would seperate them if it gets worse. Him being hungry I doubt is the problem here, like you said food distracts him, but after eating he just goes and starts attacking again right?

try giving more food then normal

It might just be the African trying to gain dominance of the tank

it doesnt attack it right away after the food,it cant be dominance b/c theres 3 other arows in there too

I would say to either video the carnage so other can learn from this or you could just do the obvious and separate them

you needed to ask what to do? of course you seperate them either another tank of divide the tank to keep them apart-Anne

seperate them

il have to look/set up another tank then
