I just noticed today that I have Red Jewel Fry, however, the pair are sharing a 90 gallone tank with 2 Escondidos, and 3 other Red Jewels. Should I leave the fry in the tank or scoup them up and put them in a breeders net. It is a small square net that would still allow them to be in the same tank, but separated in the breeders net.

I would just leave it as is. You will lose some of the fry along the way but with hemichromis, this is probably a good thing. You may eventually have to take protective measures if things get out of hand due to parental aggression but in a 90 gallon this shouldn't be a problem.
