I used 2 bags of Flourite in my 29 gallon plant set-up, I pushed most of the Flourite to the back and have about a 2 inch thick substrate. Does this seem like enough? What should I do?

Personally I aim for 4-5" substrates. It doesn't have to be exclusively flourite either, but just aim for similar sized substrates.
