Ok I just added my pair of red devils I have a divider in but they seem eager to be with each other but I removed it one time and the male was getting a little antsy on waiting to breed should I remove it again cause they seem more into it this time or should I just leave it

You could cut a hole in the divider so only the female can get to the other side of the tank

In that case you have 2 options. The first is to keep them divided until the male is bigger. That option will likely be a very long wait. The other option would be to remove the barrier and monitor them careful, being prepared to replace the barrier if needed. If the male gets rough again, just replace the barrier and allow the female to do any healing she needs to do before you attempt to try to reunite them again.
