My fish jumped up in the tank and hit his head really hard on the lid and i see some loose skin on his head like his injured and he keeps flipping out and swimming wierd advice?

If It is freash water premix a pale of water with aquarium salt about one teaspoon to every five gallons and add to the tank. This somtimes helps calm the fish and helps with the healing process. But that is just a suggestion and others might not do this, it just seems to work for me sometimes.
Its a oscar and i have salt in there i added in about a week ago, and the fish is like floating by the heater but hes still alive
he's fine, just scared. turn alll the lights off for a few days. that will help alot by calming him down
