What should I do?

  • Catfish Cove, very fun and in the making. Want to breed cory cats have my gulper can't change my 75

  • Money way, I breed my masked julies more and get my convict a mate and breed them for money

I don't know what to to do with my room,... go the money way or the no pressure and more fun way

I would say keep the 75 for the gulper and then focus mostly on breeding catfish, you love catfish and you’ll get breeding experience, I classify that as a win win.

That’s all true, but my dad won’t let me change my 75 gallon stock, so the gulper would have to stay in the 50. So with the stock in the 75 he said unless they die (which is unlikely) I have to keep them so I can’t breed any catfish in there unless there a decent size and compatible with the current stock

What’s in the 75?

Would go with what you enjoy, if your fish breed and you have surplus to sell to subsidise the hobby that's the best way. The quickest way to suck fun from a hobby is trying to make lots of money from it.

1 Australian rainbow
1 2 inch jack dempsey
1 rainbow shark
1 temporarily channel cat
2 breeding masked julies
1 convict
1 angelfish

very strange and weird I know, but??‍♂️?

Im probably gonna stick with Catfish Cove, I've done a lot already, i'll just change my 75 gallon stock when the time comes. Any suggestions on what I should save up for? needs to be bigger and predatory(The familys rule  ) selling my julie and cory fry ill be able to afford a more expensive trophy fish which will be cool.

The fanciest predatory fish I can think of for a 75 would be erythrinus erythrinus, aka the red wolf fish if I recall correctly.

I like the Idea if a wolf fish, don't have any experience with them, sadly.
