I have been working on a 210g tank for the last few months, making a w/d,stand & everything else for it myself.
It is finally ready for water, but I will be moving in say 6 months(across counrty).

Should I just sell the tank now?
Or set it up for the few months?
It kinda sucks that I put so much work into it & not ever see it full of fish.

Sell it - not worth the hassle of getting fish, getting rid of fish, cleaning tank, emptying tank, selling it last minute, blah blah... You can always get another one !

I was really looking forward to seeing my DIY sump running :(

I have all the fish for the tank...

Oh well,I guess your right

Sell the tank.. that's the heavy part.. Keep all your filter/lights and send them to your new address or if you're taking stuff across country pack it all up.

I'd set it up anyways, it will bring you some joy at least and it'll agonize you to no end if it sits for 6 months..

Take it with you!
If you drive through Indiana and need a place to store it for a while, I have room. I'm not sure if it would be feasible for you (not sure where you're final destination is), but I have room and would be more than happy to store it for you.

How far are you moving? If you put so much work into it why not store it and take it with you when you move.

I am moving 2500 miles away,& bringing nothing that will not fit in my SS.

I could have that thing running in a day...Im a little :screwy: so i my set it up.

Thanks Rallysman

If you have the space to take it with you keep it. Just wait till you move to set it up. If you can't take it with you I would say sell it now.

Holy crap 2500 miles to AZ in a Camaro SS with nothing else but what fits... hardcore.

I'd still set it up..
