Ok my female Labiatus is laying right now and the males tube was dropped earlier and now it's not are the eggs fertile should and everytime I remove the divider she chases him away

Let the divider in. She was ready before him. The eggs will disappear or she will eat them.
As said you have a couple that showed loving, yet failed, impulses. Let the stay close but separated.

They could have hated themselves from the get go. So its good news.

How long would it take until the eggs turn white or dead cause they look fertile cause his tube droped again

If eggs are white and cotronish tomorrow they are unfertile.

If they remain gray and fresh looking they are fertilie.
