What should i feed Fry ?

I have some convict fry about 15 right now the parents decided to eat the rest,

right now im feeding them crushed up fish flake,

i did try a slice of cucumber as well,

but what can i feed them? there about 1 or 2 weeks old right now,

im looking for things that i dont need to specially find things that are easily available to me

I was advised to feed artemia to the babies.

The downside is you basically have to grow them so that can take up some time. I haven't actually done this yet but thats what I was advised. You need to get three bottles or containers and have a rotating cycle.

Also don't forget to net them out and not just pour them into your tank as they have to be breed in saltwater.

what is daphinia? i will look into the armiena thingy

so crushed flake right now is good as well, ?

is there any fruit / veg that i can put into the tanks that they can eat for a few hours then take it out maybe?

Hi. Crushed fish flakes should be okay if you don't want to bother with live food. Brine shrimp hatching equipment should be available from your LFS. Daphnia and Moina are crustaceans found in the wild but can also be cultured in capivity. The convicts are carnivorous, so don't bother about the veggies. Good luck.
