I've been thinking of hikari gold pellets, a few earthworms I dig up in the yard, and maybe some veggies for carotene if they eat it

(pretty sure there are no pesticides)Earthworms are fine but you could have used other live foods especially daphnia and feeders so I just added that warning as a reference for you. Live foods from sources with fish in them are likely to harbor fish lice, anchorworms, flukes, etc.Freezekougra;2931618; said:pathogens
how do I test earthworms from my back yard for pathogens(pretty sure there are no pesticides)
Crickets are fine.would store-bought crickets replacing earthworms work well?
