what should i get rid of?

Everything but the jd and furemouths. Or everything but gt and jd. Either way you're dealing w aggressive fish and they could or coul not get along
55 gallon tank for all future monsters.... i don't thinks so. Just the pacu will grow to arond 3 feet. and the rest of the fish will grow to aggresive one footers. you got a poor choice of picks in ur small 55 gallon. If you were to all keep ur fish heathily, you should of gotten at least a 300 galllon tank!!!! I would keep the Green terror and the fire mouths or the Jack Dempsey and the fire mouths for ur 55 gallon. Good luck.

IMO you should keep JD, they can be stunning center piece fish.

jack dempsey and green terror
convicts, firemouths, and rainbow cichlid
oscar
green terror
jack dempsey
these are pretty much the choices you can have im sure there are some other ones with these fish and also they are aggressive fish regardless so it is usually hit or miss
