What should I order from this list and why?

So I just found out my buddies parents own a pet store so I've been thinking about placing a order from one of their suppliers and these were some of the things that caught my eye that I am thinking about ordering. Granted most of them are common and probably won't be good quality.. they're so cheap I should be able to turn a profit on them and keep the ones I like.

heres some stuff I've been thinking about ordering.. Let me know what you would get and why. Just pretend you have the tank space because I do.

$2 clown loaches
$2.50 blue acara
$1 synispillum
$2.50 nicaraguensis
$2 rose queen FH
$3 chocolates
$1 firemouth
$1.75 green terror
$.90 texas
$5 uaru
$1 albino or green cory
$10 royal pleco
$4 black tiger leaf nandus nandus datnoid
$.75 bumble bee goby
$2 figure 8 puffer
$2.50 haplochromis moori
$4 polleni

the prices are great on all of them, but it doesn't mean I should get them. I actually want 2-3 of them but I know how big they get so I was thinking to myself "not right now.." Do you know how fast they grow? I wouldn't mind getting 3-4 of them if its going to take them 2 years to reach 8-10". The one thing I am for sure on is probably 25 clown loaches. I know that I can make a killing off of them and hand select the ones I want. Probably will get 10-20 synispillum also, at $1 a piece why not.. They're not very common around here and I know there is a demand for them. Theres a lot of nice plecos for cheap but I don't think I will bother with them. I haven't had good luck moving them around a lot. I am excited about the datnoids but I can't find any pictures of the ones they have for sale, anybody have one?
 
I'd get uaru, dats, CL, maybe chocolates...all somewhat hard to come by and you can sell some off when they get bigger.

As for uaru growth I got mine last June and he was already around 5-6", he's 10" easily now. I'd figure 8-10" in 18 months or so, he can't have been all that old when I got him.
 
I think I will do the uaru's just because I know I will regret it if I don't and If I have to special order them they won't be cheap. I think I'm going to pass on the chocolates and go with 4 nics. I think I actually do a nic, uaru, CL, and whatever else I can throw in there that is peaceful and small tank.
 
Nicaraguensis is an awesome fish. Just got one at about 3" and its great.
 
Loaches , Uaru, synspilum. Nics don't do it for me as you seldom see them as nice as the pics on the net. And they aren't that fun to watch even when they do have good color.
