I just made a trade with a friend from work. He bought a 160 gallon with a homemade stand (ugly stand I'm going to rebuild) for $75 from a friend of a mutual co-worker. I would have bought it but didn't have the extra cash. Well he didn't want to dump a bunch of money and work into it to get it up and running so I offered to trade him my 55 with solid pine stand I bought 4 years ago at a yard sale for $40. To my surprise he agreed!
The 160 gal's dimensions are 48" x 18" x 42" so yeah it's a tall mother! I may use it as a show tank for One of my fh's when they are full grown but not sure yet what to do with it. I could divide it with egg crate and put a couple of fh's in it but that would look kind of goofy. Any ideas?
