What should I try feeding my 10-11'' fire eel?

I got a new 10-11'' fire eel today. I was wondering what foods I should try feeding him. Also what foods will bring more orange in him?

worms, shrimp, krill, if they will eat them I would a good quality pellet like massivore is great for them too. can you post up some pics ? I am really wanting to get myself one also but scared to put it with my oscars

My oscar never had a problem with my TT eel for the record. I feed mine mosquitofish, shrimp, and culled juvenile cichlids

they get up to 30". MsMassPoly has a 30" one.

Actually they can get to around 40", SimonL had a ~40" fire eel that he posted a vid of a while back.

My 10 inch Fire Eel has just moved up to Krill Superba which is like a small shrimp, he eats loads of normal krill, blood worm, worms etc...

In fact if it is in my hand he eats it!
