what should i use for the three levels of media baskets for my fluval fx5... i have an aro.. and some orinos.. help please
thanks conor

Eheim ehfisubstrat pro is the best bio-media available in my opinion. Its expensive though... 5 liter box is $80 through drs foster smith right now. That's the way to go for efficient filtration though. First basket, ceramic rings, second and third, ehfisubstrat pro, maybe with a little extra room to run carbon, but personally I'd just get a little HOB for Carbon, and focus on exceptional bio-filtration for the fx5. Put a sponge prefilter on the intake of the fluval too... this way, you can clean the sponge weekly and go months without even opening the fluval. Good luck with it!
