over the years i have kept lots of shrimps.

im currently only breeding red cherries and snowball shrimp, but im setting up another tank at the moment and have my eye on red bee(crystal red) , black bee and also tiger shrimp. what i want to know is what can live together. i know they will live peacefully but i dont want them cross breeding between species and ending up with some ugly shrimp.

i know red and blak bees are ok together but what else can i put in with them? im going to alot of effort on the tank and want an amazing shrimp community tank.

any advice is very welcome

Yes, keeping red cherries and tigers together shouldn't pose a problem, even though I keep my cherries with amano shrimp.

Well, I don't think the red cherries (nerocaridina) and tiger (caridina.sp) can breed together, but I maybe wrong. If you want to play it safe, just pop in some amano shrimp.

This will seem like an oddball pairing but I have the following in a 20-gallon tank:

cherry
amano
atya
red claw macro

For whatever reason, the red claws are very uninterested in the other shrimp and the cherries have begun to thrive again once I took the previous prawn (m. amazonicum) out. They are very fun compared to your everyday shrimp but I'm biased towards prawn. lol
