Yep, they start breeding around the 1 inch range. I've had a 1-1.5" inch pair of cons in the past who raised plenty of spawns. I also had a 1.5" female breed with a big chunky 4" male before. When they start breeding, it will never stop, so good luck.

Yeah...they can start breeding at a pretty small size.

They are. If you have other fish in there they can become a nuisance as well. Things could get crowded quite quickly.

These fish are quite prolific. You might end up using the fry as feeders.
