What size fish at danger? Who keeps Kelberi araguaia ?

Hey Everyone,

Im thinking about purchasing a 5 inch kelberi araguaia however I have a just one question so far.

- what size fish could easily fit in its mouth at this size? I have small geos that im growing...

Looked thru the threads and such and im confident about this bass. He is already eatting pellets...will be keeping him in the 72 gallon till the 180 is ready.

Fish at least 3" should be safe

Dam thats defintly bigger then i expected... Will have to check again on Kelberi growth rates and see if its slower then geos...

Kelb are going to grow much faster than the geos

Ive wait months for my geos to get to where they are at...guess its best to wait till they hit thier adult sizes and then look into bass. Thanks everyone for all your help!

Not neccesarily.
Depends on the type of geos.
My altifrons grew like weeds compared to my kelberi.
