What size powerhead for a 29

I've got a native river tank going with some mountain redbelly dace, rosyside dace, a few darters ect... I'm looking to add current to the tank, so I was wondering what size powerhead (GPH) I should go with?

anything in the 250 range ought to give you lots of current if you have some filtration flow already

I would go with something with wide water dispersion, like a Hydor Koralia (maybe more specifically a Nano) instead of a conventional powerhead.

Moves a lot of water (simulating creek current) without that "jet" effect.
