what size pump on a sump?

i am planing to get a new tank just under the 900 liter mark and wondering what size pump i should be looking at??? i was thinking to turn over the tank 7 to 10 times per hr, ist that right? and will be running and FX5 with the sump, not sure on what size pipes the sump will have.
any sump advice would be great, im new to sumps....will be stocking the tank with oscars, JD and other sa cichilds

The turnover should be fine. You could probably go a bit less since you have an FX5 on the tank as well.

what would you say is the average turnover ratio for a sump filter???

Depends on what the person wants really. Typical thought is 5-10x.
