what size pump?

i am currently building a 29g sump for my 100g. do you guys have any suggestions on what size i should run? Right now i have an eheim 2217,2213, and an ac 70 so i dont think i need too high of a turnover rate. what do you guys think?

x4 turn over is enough

if there is anymore turnover the amount of water is the same that will pass through the sump in an hour having less time for water to come in contact with the bio media

so a 400 gph pump is plenty GL.
