I agree. But they can all fit in a 100g if u wanted to cut price but bigger is better. Look at my signature and see all the other fish i have in a 100g along with 3 oscars
Go with the 240. No point in a 100g, you will have to do way to many water changes. 3 oscars in a 100 is pushing it, I don't know how ^ does it along with those other fish. Besides, all his fish are babys right now.

other fishes? Or maybe its a matter of adding the oscars in the tank
last so there won't be much territorial issues. I now have a 125 gal
with these 9 fishes in but the oscars are divided from the others. I'm wondering if maybe I should wait till the tinfoils and balas are a good size before I break
down the divider. The oscars are all about 8" and the other fishes are
all about 3 to 5".

I don't think an O can catch a bala or tinfoil, but remeber that it takes years for balas to grow large. A 6" bala is several years old.
