What small SA cichlid compatible with tetras and plecos?

I'm thinking of adding a small cichlid to my 120 pleco and tetra tank. Maybe a pair of any type of small cichlid. Something colorful.

My question is....What are my options for a small SA cichlid pair that wont be so aggressive towards the tetras and the plecos?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated !!! Thanks.
 
keyholes or some other small acara ,angels if the tetras arent too small
 
I like the German blue rams....Dont want any angels. How can you tell German Blue rams apart....male/female? There is a lfs that has some of them here.

Males have an elongated front two dorsal spines and female have pink on the belly. Look at the pic I posted as an example.

ok cool thanks for the examples. Any other suggestions? is a 120 tank so they can be a lil bigger than the rams
