what sort of bichir is this

Is this just an ornate in very good water conditions/young age or is there actually a bichir species I dont know about that has these massive external gills??

not an ornate for sure. more like an end or delhezi. Just cant see for sure, need another pic to tell if its lower or upper jaw species

But based on the pattern, im leaning towards end
 
Its either a delhezi or a endilcheri. For the external gills that people are "wowing" about, thing will disappear very soon. The gill occur when they are bays small juvies.
 
Very clearly an Endlicheri.

The external gills in a non juvi usually means it is water with very little oxygen.
They can come and go throughout their life, but are nearly always present in juveniles.
