What species is my cichlid?

I just bought a new cichlid but some am unsure as to which species it belongs to. I understand that while some species are herbivores, others tends to be carnivores. I need to be aware of which group that my fish belongs to exactly in order to ensure that it's fed the appropriate diet. Thanks so much.

looks like an african cichlid. Feed pellets for african cichlids.

Not the best pictures for an ID, but it looks like a Metriaclima lombardoi (kenyi).

That's what I thought as well. Thanks for confirming it. What's the best type of food for the kenyi? I understand that most meat-based foods are a strict no, but what about the occasional offering of brine-shrimp? Thanks so much.
