What species is this tetra?

At the doctors and spotted this school of tetras and one of them really pops out from the others that’s colors are really dull then this one is super shiny and vibrant 72388A55-7AA6-4394-9478-5A7BE8CA9A70.jpeg
 
Looks like a white mountain minnow
They prefer cooler water
Looks identical other than the colors, the picture doesn’t help much but in person this fish had scales so shiny silvery it was almost blinding and for whatever reason it was keeping its distance from the other fish. Is this breeding behavior or something?

WMM can have fabulous colors! The color could be due to being in breeding colors, though if there were no females there is no one to show off for. Males are always more brightly coloured than the females

There was maybe 5 of them and this was the only one that looked like this, I saw males and females all together and the males were definitely brighter but then there was this guy. Regardless the colors are amazing
