What species of lungfish is this

I have a lungfish which is puzzling me a little bit. If you guys know what species it is please let me know and if you can explain why it’s that species

It’s about 14” and I do not know anything about the collection point but it is wild caught

Definitely a WAL Protopterus annectens from color and shape mine had tiny gills til it was about 18 inches.
