I have a 210 (48x36x28), with 2 corner overflows with 1" bulkheads. I have a 15 gallon sump with 2 inlets and a single Iwaki 822gph pump, the pump is too weak, even with 1 overflow on it still can't handle it. What pump(s) should I use so it can handle the return line?

What can't the pump handle? I'm confused by that.

The pump can't handle all the water dropping into the sump.

I might buy a new PVC and make a drip bar with fewer holes, see if that can control the water, so that my return pump can handle.

(i'm new to sumps, total n00b)

i got a mag24 ill sell you

this doesnt make much sense to me. seeing as the water that drops into the sump is the same amount that the pump pushes into the display.
?

Do I not fill the overflow with water? I filled my 2 corner overflows with water also, each overflow can store huge amount of water?

if you fill your overflows with water.... water from the tank will not be able to "overflow" into them...
