Spot on. Some are good with other fish some don’t mix well and others it can be the other way round bigger fish can bully them what species of SH have you got.

What you have there is a pair of Red snakehead, Channa micropeltes.


This fish can reach 90cm/36� or more, even in the aquarium, so they need spacious accommodation and excellent filtration. I would use large, external bucket filters because they can be rather messy feeders.

as for tank mates well they dont play well with other fish my one killed most tank mates you can keep them with bigger fish but you must have the tank that can cope with this. How big is your tank?
