What Tank To Get?

Hey,

About a 2 weeks ago my 10 gallon tank leaked which was just a QT thank god. Now I'm thinking of just buying a complete aquarium kit that comes with everything. This will be a QT only...and permanent set up so that's how I won't need to hurry up and put it together when needed. Here are some links:

I'm mostly focused on, which one has better filtration. The tetra is bigger and cheaper due to sale, but the eclipse bio-filter looks good.

I find that these can often be more expensive than a tank (Which you can probably get for free.)

All you need is a hood, a heater, a filter (Get something more powerful than either of these.), an air pump, and some pvc of varying sizes for fish to hide in.
