I have to ask. I just got into a big fight with the wife about a tankI ordered. I put on order a Tenecor 96x36x30 and now i find out a 96x46x30 is only a few hundred dollars more.

Its not really the money she is worried about. She is more worried about if the tank should burst or crack. Has anyone had or heard of an acrylic tank doing this?

HELP!!! I want a MONSTER tank. (in my book anyway:grinyes:)

no... go with bigger footprint...

As long as it is on even ground I think the 46 will be fine. Also if anything did happen which I really doubt don't you get a lifetime warrenty and liability cover?

I would go bigger if it's not that much more money. Not trying to play devils advocate but the bigger the tank, the more options you'll have for the types of fish you'll be able to keep. How much of a better chance of the bigger tank breaking than the smaller one? Probably not much if any, right? Ok, I am playing devils advocate.

I have already made up my mind. (just don't tell the wife:D)

I will be calling on monday to upgrade to the bigger setup.

Then when it gets here...
"OOOOOPs, I think they sent the wrong tank. Oh well can't send it back now.":woot:
