What tetras would compliment a group of uarus?

The tetras I have to chose form are:

- Red Flame Tetras

-Blue Silver tip/Cochus blue tetra

-Rummy nose tetra

-and other commonly found tetra
I could get emperors but, shipping is an extra 16$, lol i only have 20$

The Red Flame Tetra because the body shape is deeper. I personally would go with Columbian Blue Tetra.

Since Uaru are primarily vegetarian, and fairly inept at predation, as long as the tetra is not bite size, yet typically fast, you have almost any to choose from.
Plecos are known to suck the slime coat off the side of resting Uaru and other plate shaped fish, if it were me, I'd be wary of most Plecos that gain any size, and any carnivorous type.

Yea turns out that beauty is a Pinecone pleco, NEW DREAM PLECO... but what would you both chose colors wise?
