What the best food for L46

My L46 get here on weds this week well 4 of them I just got another 1 from a seperate breeder so I will have 5 total. I have read all the forums and articals on them but I want to know what the MFK here are feeding them

hehehe, It is a great fish and because of its price so not many people own it. I am going to get my soon too, and from my research they pretty much meat eater, so market prawn, bloodworms, or anything with meat they will eat. Its the tank setup that important to these guy not the food.

Ya I asked the breeder's so I know what they have been eating but just wanted to see what other people feed there's. I really did think alot of people had this pleco, but I guess not. I just got 20 breeder caves for there tank today also. I can't wait to see them

I feed mine bloodworms and I have cherry shrimp with them I don't know if they eat the shrimp or not. I never see my zebras eat but they are always fat so I think they are happy with the food I give them
