toms river
ok so i got a group of foucifer foi spelled wrong 1 was staying in the corner just looking at his reflection he colored up then died. this morning i moved my 90 gallon tank...and another tank all stuff is going into the "fish room. i put the 10 foi about 3 inches long in a 10 gallon bucket for the transfer took like 1/2 hour. When i came back to them one was upside down. I quickly moved the rest into the new tank. Yes it's tap water however i put in stress coat. About 4 of them already passed. Samething happened when i moved some badis to a new tank...however temp was no mroe than 1-2 degress different. they all instantly colored up and died. What the hell did i do wrong? I just checked my levels and all is ok...the only prob about the 90 w/ the foi is that there was sand etc blowing around because stuff was just reset up. If that was the prob in the 2nd tank...what did i do wrong in the 1st tank. No offense but it feels like i went out of my way to do things the right way and i see fish living in complete filth...i'm doing crazy amounts of water changes and randomly stuff just died.
not one clue what the prob is.

are you talking about koi?

You didn't use the bucket for any other work in the house?
Soap or any other residue could pose a prob.
Any new additions in your tank, wood etc?
Strange case....
