(he tunnels himself into a wood cylinder and does not come out for days, he will not come out for anything. I tried wedging him out a couple times and simply wouldn't budge)
No other fish have these symptoms in the tank.
I am worried because I just got 5 new baby polypterus. I removed him from main tank. Video of injury/disease below.
