What the heck is this thing?

Saw thrashing around and thought my loaches had a baby or something but when I went up to the tank it looks like a dragonfly spider with a fish tail. What the heck is it? It's in a guppy tank that has kuli loaches and flounder and ghost shrimp. How did it get in there? Are my fish safe?

Dragon fly nymph get it out asap they are predators of small fish. Did you buy plants recently?

No new plants... how did it get in there?

There are live plants in the tank but they have been there a while

I will feed it to my larger fish I guess but I'd sure like to know how where the heck it came from...
